With the Green Vents™ Remote Thermostat, every room or zone can have its very own thermostat The Green Vents™ Remote Thermostat is battery operated & wireless, allowing it to be mounted anywhere in the room!
The Green Vents™ Remote Thermostat has the ability to function independently in a single zone system. It can also be used in a multi zone system in conjunction with Green Vents™ Master Thermostat.
Single Zone System
Green Vents™ Remote Thermostat controls the Green Vents™ located in the designated zone by sending a wireless signal instructing them to open or close as needed. The primary function is to regulate excess airflow. (i.e. Too much cold air while the air-condition is on. Too much hot air while the heat is on.)
Multi Zone System
The Green Vents™ Remote Thermostat has the ability to regulate both air flow and temperature! If the designated zone is receiving too much airflow the remote thermostat will instruct the Green Vents™ to close. If the designated zone is not receiving enough airflow the remote thermostat will instruct the Green Vents™ to remain open, simultaneously sending a wireless signal to the Green Vents™ Master Thermostat instructing the system to remain on until the set temperature is reached!
